Privacy policy

Effective date: October 24, 2026 · Last updated: October 26, 2026

This policy explains what Bayvant LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“Bayvant,” “we”), collects through this website, why, and the choices you have. It covers this website and the emails and calls that follow from it. Bayvant serves contractors and trades businesses nationwide across the United States. This site isn’t intended for visitors outside the United States.

1. What we collect and why

Information you give us

  • Contact form: your name, company, city and state, trade, your biggest office headache, your email address, your phone number if you give it, whether you want to book a walkthrough, and whether you checked “Please call me.” We use it to reply to you, to set up a walkthrough if you asked for one and, only if you checked “Please call me,” to call you back. We note the date and time of a call-back request. You can also email us at chad@bayvant.com; we use what you send the same way.
  • Booking a walkthrough: If you book a walkthrough, we schedule it on our Google Calendar and receive your name, email and chosen time. Google processes the booking as our calendar provider.
  • Emails and calls: what you tell us when we talk, so we can answer your questions and, if you become a client, do the work.

Information collected automatically

  • Basic technical data: like any website, our host (Cloudflare Pages) and our form provider (Web3Forms) receive your IP address, browser type and the page you came from when you load a page or send the form. They use that data to deliver the site, keep it secure and filter spam.
  • Site statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics): see section 3. It doesn’t use cookies.
  • Ad measurement (Google Ads): not currently used; see section 3.

Please don’t send us card numbers, bank details, Social Security numbers or health information through the form or by email.

2. How we use information

  • To answer your inquiry, schedule a walkthrough, and follow up on it.
  • To call you back: A person on our team may call you back only if you checked “Please call me” or asked us to call. Our SI team members do not place calls or send texts. We don’t use autodialers or prerecorded calls, and we don’t send text messages.
  • If you become a client, to set up and support the services you bought.
  • To see, in total, how many people visit the site and which pages they use, and, if we later run Google ads, how many inquiries come from those ads (only after we update this policy).
  • To keep the site and our inbox secure and to meet legal obligations.
  • If you ask us to stop contacting you, we will, and we’ll keep a short note (your name and email or phone) so we don’t contact you again.

3. Cookies, analytics and ad tracking

Cloudflare Web Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and measure page speed. Cloudflare says it doesn’t use cookies or local storage to collect these metrics and doesn’t “fingerprint” visitors by IP address or browser details. We see only totals, such as page views, referring sites, countries and page-load times, not who you are. Cloudflare’s privacy policy: https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/

Google Ads. We do not currently run Google Ads conversion tracking or ad cookies on this site. If we turn ads measurement on later, we will update this policy first and describe those cookies before they load.

No remarketing. We don’t use remarketing. We don’t use information about your visits to our site to show you Bayvant ads on other websites or apps, we don’t build advertising audiences from our visitors, and we don’t use Google Analytics. If that ever changes, we’ll update this policy first.

Your choices about cookies and ads

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Our site doesn’t currently change its behavior when your browser sends a “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signal. Cloudflare Web Analytics doesn’t use cookies either way, and you can block Google’s cookies with the browser settings above.

Other companies’ tracking. We don’t allow other companies to collect information about your browsing across different websites through our site.

4. Who we share information with

We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for targeted advertising. We share it only:

  • With service providers that run the site and our business for us:
    • Cloudflare (website hosting on Cloudflare Pages and site statistics)
    • Web3Forms (delivers contact-form messages to our inbox and filters spam)
    • Google (our business email through Google Workspace, our booking calendar for walkthroughs, and, when enabled, ad measurement as described in section 3)
  • If the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our customers or the public.
  • If Bayvant is ever sold or merged, with the new owner, under this policy.

5. Calls, texts and email

A person on our team may call you back only if you checked “Please call me” or asked us to call. Our SI team members do not place calls or send texts. We don’t use autodialers or prerecorded calls, and we don’t send text messages. We send email only in reply to people who contacted us, or to clients about their work. Every marketing email will include our mailing address and a way to opt out.

6. How long we keep it

  • Form submissions and booking emails: kept for 24 months, then deleted. This includes the copies held by our form, email and calendar providers.
  • Clients: for as long as you’re a client, plus the time we need for taxes, contracts and legal claims (generally 3 years after the engagement ends).
  • Do-not-contact list: kept as long as needed to honor your request.
  • Site statistics: Cloudflare keeps aggregate statistics for up to 6 months.

7. Security

We use reasonable safeguards, such as encrypted (HTTPS) connections, multi-factor login on our business accounts, and access limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so we can’t guarantee it.

8. Children

This site is for businesses and isn’t directed to children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you think a child has sent us information, email us and we’ll delete it.

9. Your choices and requests

You can ask us to tell you what we have about you, correct it, or delete it by emailing chad@bayvant.com. We’ll respond within 30 days. We may need to confirm it’s you. We’ll keep what the law requires us to keep.

10. Clients’ Grok Bot accounts

Clients buy and own their Grok Bot accounts, which are governed by the provider’s own terms and privacy policy. Bayvant doesn’t keep copies of client logins or mailbox data after setup.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version here with a new “Last updated” date. If a change is material, for example adding new tracking or a new kind of sharing, we’ll update this page before the change takes effect and note it at the top of the page.
